To ensure my customers receive products in pristine condition, returns are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact me immediately for review.
Problems with your order
If your order is damaged, missing items, or contains incorrect items, you must contact me within seven days of receiving your order. For incidents of damage, please include photos so I may expedite a solution and file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Shipping
Orders are processed within three business days. Please allow for additional time in transit based on your shipping selection.
Complimentary shipping: if your order included our SHIPUSA promo code for Complimentary Domestic Shipping on qualified orders, please allow up to nine business days in transit.
International orders: please allow up to six weeks for all international orders due to customs procedures.
